Today, on Mental Health Awareness Day, King & Moffatt join people across the globe in recognising World Mental Health Day — a day to focus on the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing. This is particularly important for those of us working in the construction industry due to high-pressure environments and physically tough work, it’s easy to see why mental health issues are common in our sector. Mental health is just as crucial as physical health, and it’s essential that we support each other in maintaining a healthy mind.
King & Moffatt had the Lighthouse Charity “Make It Visible” Roadshow yesterday in our Wolverhampton office focusing on Mental Health and Wellbeing. Also as proud sponsors of the Lighthouse Club Charity, physical and mental health will be a key focus next week as part of our Construction Safety Week 2024 campaign.
