King & Moffatt completed the works on Ireland’s First Net Zero Carbon Logistics Warehouse. The upfront embodied carbon emissions of the warehouse at Unit 4 Quantum Logistics Park were reduced to 328kgCO2e/m2 through the use of glue-laminated timber.
154,000kWh of electricity is expected to be generated on an annual basis, this will help power the warehouse which has been designed to use 25kWh/m2.
