King & Moffatt were responsible for the full electrical services installation on this project in Hemel Hempstead.
The works included a full CAT A refurbishment to the office floors and common parts, reception and toilets including the replacement of the mechanical, electrical and public health infrastructure to the extent necessary.
The lighting was replaced throughout the building. To the offices, this comprised of LED fittings. The feature lighting to the common parts/atrium and reception was critical to the architectural design of the space. A plug and play lighting control system was used throughout.
The project was completed in 2016 with the refurbishment of 10,000 sq m of office space.
