Travelodge purchased the four-star Mercure London Gatwick Airport hotel and King and Moffatt UK were responsible for the complete mechanical and electrical fit-out of the project. The project entailed the full refurbishment to the existing hotel and the complete mechanical and electrical package for the expansion of the premises from a 260 to a 400 bedroom hotel.
