King & Moffatt carried out the electrical installation on the StayCity Aparthotels on Mark Street in Dublin. This project involved the delivery of 142 studios and one bed apartments over five floors. Each apartment came equipped with a kitchen, living room and ensuite.
The ground floor of the StayCity Aparthotels has a reception, Staycafé , on-site guest laundry, office area and gym for its residents. There are also garden area’s on both the building’s roof and in the basement.
