King & Moffatt carried out the mechanical and electrical works on two new distribution facilities at G-Park Biggleswade in Bedfordshire. The first facility consists of 97,500 sq ft of warehouses and offices, and a further 105,000 sq ft unit is located on the adjacent plot. The site has unrivaled sustainability features including rainwater harvesting, high efficiency LED lighting and office heating and cooling provided by air-source heat pumps.
