This new luxury residential building in Dalston, East London, was a design and build project, undertaken fully by our in-house M&E design team. King and Moffatt’s scope of work consisted of the full Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection packages. The development consisted of 98 luxury apartments and stands at fifteen stories tall. It was completed for the client Taylor Wimpey in October 2017.
This project won the “International Project of the Year” for Bennett Construction in the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2018.
