Cherrywood TC2 consists of two apartment blocks consisting of a total of 384 units, over a basement carpark. The structure is a concrete frame with transfer slab above the carpark.
The development is adjacent to the Cherrywood Luas stop and involves developing basement and connection linkages underneath the elevated Luas track.
King & Moffatt Building Services are currently completing the Electrical services package on this project.
