King and Moffatt were responsible for the complete Electrical installation of the two single storey community nursing homes that were constructed off site using system build technology. Glenbeigh Construction designed, manufactured and constructed the two 27,000 sq ft buildings to fulfil the HSE requirements for community nursing facilities and to combat the spread of infection providing modern high specification public health care facilities for elderly and high care dependency patients.
King and Moffatt Building Services worked very closely with Glenbeigh both during the off site construction and when the buildings arrived on site to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.
