The K&M Annual Management review took place last Friday, chaired by our EHSQ Manager Joan Gallagher from our Carrick on Shannon headquarters. More than 30 senior management personnel attended this important review, many using the video conference facilities in our Stoke, Edinburgh and Birmingham offices.
Some recent significant changes that occurred in K&M in 2018 included the migration from OHSAS 18001:2007 to the latest ISO 45001:2018 Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management System, also attained in the past year was the accreditation to ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Standard. The management review is seen as very beneficial as an opportunity to review our performance and to discuss opportunities for improvement in 2019.
