King & Moffatt Building Services have been appointed to carry out the mechanical and electrical works in delivering two new distribution facilities at G-Park Biggleswade in Bedfordshire.
The first facility will consist of 97,500 sq ft of warehouses and offices, and a further 105,000 sq ft unit will be located on the adjacent plot.
The site will have unrivalled sustainability features including rainwater harvesting, high efficiency LED lighting and office heating and cooling provided by air-source heat pumps.
