We had the pleasure of welcoming guest speaker, Emma Weaver, founder of Mental Wealth International to our workplace. She conducted workshops with groups of operatives to mark Construction Safety Week 2022 and highlight this year’s theme of “Help Inside the Hardhat”.
The topics for discussion were Physical & Mental Wellbeing, Stress, Anxiety & Depression, how we can reduce the stigma associated with mental health and make slight adjustments to our daily lives which will prove beneficial to both our physical and mental wellbeing. Similar mental health awareness talks were hosted across our sites in the UK also.
