King & Moffatt Building Services will begin on site in the new year on phase 2 of the Battersea Exchange development in Central London, having been awarded the mechanical and electrical contract for the project.
Battersea Exchange sits within the Nine Elms regeneration area, focused around Battersea Power Station, one of London’s most iconic landmarks.
This phase of the project consists of the construction of luxury townhouses and apartments spread over three buildings; Patcham Terrace, Gladstone Terrace and St. Joseph’s.
It is to be the third London residential project where King & Moffatt will work alongside Bennett Construction following the recent completion of 98 apartments in Dalston Kingsland.
