King and Moffatt were responsible for the complete electrical installation of two single storey Community Nursing homes that were constructed off site using system build technology. Glenbeigh Constructed designed, manufactured and constructed the 2nr, 27,000 sq ft buildings to fulfil the HSE requirements for Community nursing facilities and to combat the spread of infection providing modern high specification public health care facilities for elderly and high care dependency patients. King & Moffatt worked very closely with Glenbeigh both during the off site construction and when the buildings arrived on site to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.
